The client’s challenge
Bringing together multiple therapy areas with different priorities and launch timelines is never simple. The task was to align senior leaders, regional employees, and affiliate teams from across the globe around a single theme that could inspire urgency and connection. The event also needed to balance strategic workshops, best practice sharing, and internal showcases, while scaling rapidly year on year.
The &Robin approach
As the preferred agency partner for three consecutive years, we’ve worked closely with the client to develop and deliver a growing internal strategy event. Each year, we create a unifying theme that resonates across therapy areas and sparks engagement — from “The time is NOW” to other memorable calls to action. We design the full event concept and branding, shape interactive workshops, and handle stakeholder relations to highlight internal achievements. Our unique strength as a healthcare agency is combining event design expertise with a deep understanding of therapy-area content, while collaborating seamlessly with AV, logistics, and venue partners to bring it all to life.
Outcome
The event has grown from 80 participants in 2023 to 450 in 2025, reflecting its increasing value and impact. It has become a catalyst for momentum, inspiring stronger connections between therapy areas and giving teams a renewed sense of urgency to act. With consistent creative direction and strategic alignment, the client now has a flagship internal event that sets the tone for planning and collaboration each year.
